ActionSA has accused the DA of suffering from ‘multiple personality disorder’ after the party distanced itself from its former Johannesburg coalition partners, by making the unilateral decision to recommend former Johannesburg mayor Mpho Phalatse as its preferred mayoral candidate for the city.
