Convicted killer and rapist Thabo Bester’s legal representative, advocate Lerato Moela, has told the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein Bester’s constitutional rights are being violated at the Kgosi Mampuru II Correctional Centre in Pretoria, where he is being detained.
