Negligence by those who “try their luck” when driving under the notorious 2.5m-height-restricted Muizenberg bridge in Cape Town is one of the main reasons the bridge, dubbed Bridget, has suffered significant damage, according to the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa).
