Racquel “Kelly” Smith has been sentenced to life behind bars for the 2024 kidnapping and trafficking of her daughter, Joshlin Smith. Her partner, Jacquen “Boeta” Appollis, and their friend, Steveno van Rhyn, were also sentenced to life in prison.
