Severe thunderstorms with heavy rain, hail and strong winds are expected in parts of Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal, and North West, while scattered showers and cooler conditions are expected in other parts of the country, according to the South African Weather Service.
