Retired Ekurhuleni city manager Dr Imogen Mashazi has been accused of having “used” a junior Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) official’s alleged sexual harassment at the hands of suspended EMPD chief Isaac Mapiyeye for her “own purposes” at the Madlanga Commission.
